These terms cover your use of sleepnotix.com, the Sleepnotix Plus membership and custom tracks. By joining Plus or placing an order, you agree to them. Questions: hello@sleepnotix.com.

What Sleepnotix is (and isn't)

Sleepnotix makes 10-hour sleep tracks: calming ambient sound with positive affirmations mixed quietly underneath. They're for relaxation and positive intention. They are not medical, psychological or financial treatment or advice, and we make no promise of any particular result. If you have trouble sleeping or any health concern, please talk to a doctor. Don't listen while driving or doing anything that needs your full attention. All Sleepnotix voices are AI-generated.

Sleepnotix Plus membership

• Price: your first month is $14.99. Each following month you stay, your price drops by $1, automatically: $13.99, $12.99 and so on, down to $3.99 from month 12. It then stays at $3.99 for as long as your membership stays active.
• Billing: Plus renews monthly and is charged to your card each month until you cancel. Prices are in US dollars. Any applicable taxes are added at checkout.
• Cancel any time: use "Manage membership" on your member page. You keep access until the end of the month you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
• Coming back: if you cancel and rejoin later, your price starts again at $14.99.
• Refunds: if Plus isn't for you, email us within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund. Later monthly payments aren't refunded, but cancelling stops all future charges.
• Your private link and feed are for you only. Please don't share them; we may turn off links that are shared publicly.
• Content changes: we add new tracks regularly and may update or retire individual tracks.

Custom tracks

• What you get: one, three or five 10-hour sleep tracks (Crescent, Half Moon or Full Moon), each built around the goal, affirmations, sound and voice you choose, delivered as MP3 downloads with cover art.
• Delivery: we aim to deliver within 48 hours of receiving your completed details form.
• Our review: a person reads every script before it's recorded. We don't make tracks that are harmful, hateful, sexual, about controlling or harming another person, or that make medical claims. If we can't make a request, we'll suggest changes or refund you.
• Changes: if something isn't right (a mispronounced name, the wrong sound or voice), tell us within 30 days and we'll fix it.
• Refunds: full refund if you cancel before we start your track. Because each track is made just for you, delivered tracks aren't refundable, but we'll fix any mistake we made.
• Founding prices apply to orders placed while they're shown and may change for future orders.

Using our tracks

All Sleepnotix tracks, sounds, artwork and the Hoot character belong to Sleepnotix or its licensors. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-commercial right to listen. You may not resell, re-upload, publicly share or redistribute tracks, including custom tracks, without our written permission.

Your responsibilities

You must be 18 or older to buy, and you agree to give accurate information and not to misuse the site, for example by trying to access other members' files or overloading the service.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Sleepnotix running smoothly but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, Sleepnotix is provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. For important changes, we'll email members before they take effect. If you keep your membership after a change, the new terms apply.
